Liberty University
Founded in 1971, Liberty University is the largest private, non-profit university in the country, as well as the largest Christian university in the world. Located in Lynchburg, Virginia, students can choose to attend the traditional campus or take classes through their extensive online program. There are over 100 clubs on campus and the school competes in the Big South Conference of NCAA Division I for 18 sports. Liberty is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
