Walden University
Walden University was founded in 1970 by two teachers, their vision being that of professionals to continue to work while getting advanced degrees, and who want to bring about positive social change. While the headquarters are now located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, all classes are taken online. Currently, former President Bill Clinton is the honorary chancellor of Laureate International Universities, the majority shareholder of Walden University.
